News tips and story leads
Breaking industry news, deals, castings, executive moves, and anything happening in Los Angeles that press should know about. Every tip is read. Sourcing is verified before publication and we do not name sources who ask not to be named.
Calendar listings — free
Premieres, concerts, galas, benefits, screenings, activations, festivals, panels and industry gatherings. Free to list. Send the event name, date, times, venue with full address, who is presenting, ticket information if applicable, and a press contact. Our calendar desk verifies before it publishes.
Press releases and wire distribution
Paid distribution for announcements that need to reach the industry. Releases run in their own clearly labeled section, separate from editorial. Rate card at right.
Media partnerships
Event coverage partnerships, festival and gala media sponsorships, and syndication arrangements with outlets in other territories. We are actively building an affiliate and international correspondent network.
Advertise
Display, native sponsored content, newsletter sponsorship and branded series. Our AI & Big Tech vertical reaches an industry and technology audience and is priced as trade inventory rather than consumer entertainment.
All sponsored and paid content is labeled as such. Editorial coverage is never sold, and revenue does not direct newsroom decisions. That separation is what makes the editorial side worth anything to a partner in the first place.
Editorial standards
- Sourcing. Two independent sources for an unconfirmed claim, or one on the record. Speed does not lower this standard.
- Corrections. Posted publicly and never quietly deleted. If we get something wrong, the correction runs with the story.
- Embargoes. Hard stops, not suggestions. Nothing publishes before an embargo lifts.
- Images. Licensed, supplied with written permission, or shot by us. Every image records its source and credit.
- Disclosure. Where a story touches a commercial relationship, that relationship is stated plainly in the piece.
- Bylines. Desk-level and named bylines only. We do not invent authors.
